…yeah and here it is! Skipjack on fire with see salt and lemon(Yuzu, also speciality of Kochi)

It’s pretty different from normal Sashimi (raw fish) because it has clear aroma of roast by straw, which gives great impact on taste. Normal way is eat with soy sauce & yuzu lemon, but you must try it with salt!
