How to cook fish?

Boil, bake, steam, fry, or eat as it is…? Okinawan restaurants reminds you that a kind of fish can be cocked in several way. Above poor fish is cocked in Mahsu ni, which means “boiled by salty water” in Okinawan language.

Taste good? Of course. The tofu by the fish is also great. Try it!
